Rodney and his crew do a great job servicing our geothermal heating and air unit.

The first time I used RepairUSA they came one Christmas Eve to fix heat for my mother-in-law, on a Saturday that noone else wanted to answer their phone. The second time it was triple digits and they told me it would be next day before they could make it. They called me back a few hours later to make some recommendations to improve unit in the mean time and it worked... They will be my first call from now on. Great group of folks, helpful, polite, and really go out of their way to help.

Repair USA sent a technician to my home the same day that I called. My heat/air system was very old it was determined that a new system was the only SAFE option. Parts were ordered and an appointment scheduled for 2 days later to install the new system. Technicians arrived as scheduled, removed the old unit and installed the new system. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job including cleanup in a professional manner. The technicians also made me aware of some safety (electrical) issues not only with the old system but another that could not be seen without removing the electrical access panel. I am SO thankful that they alerted me to this hidden danger! That’s what I call customer service!!

Super efficient! Called Monday morning and by noon they was here. Checked the a.c, gave me a diagnosis and options to get it fixed. Came back the next day and got it fixed. Affordable. Friendly. Will definitely recommend them! Thank you REPAIR USA!

Wow, I am very impressed by RepairUSA and their staff. Tonya is such a sweetheart and has amazing phone etiquette skills. The technician, Ryan, was extremely professional and very thorough on explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done in order for the problem to be fixed. He was very transparent also with the pricing which was very affordable. This service call was for my parents who live in Jonesboro but I reside in Los Angeles, CA, so the fact that the process from beginning to end was so smooth, will forever make me a long time customer. These guys are better than I could have expected. First is first. Nobody calls a tech when everything is working. When mine went down Rodney was there quickly. My unit was very old. He loaned me two window units to get by while he ordered a new system. A few days later the new one was installed. Can’t say thank you enough. I won’t need a new unit foe a long time but will make sure I keep mine serviced every year with them. Nice guys.

Every time my builder installed system has an issue..RepairUSA comes out fast to take care of the problem. Called today and in not much more than an hour had someone here with the issue fixed. It is nice to have a service provider where you don't have to search for who to call.

Repair USA done some work for us in January. First, their Secretary, Mrs. Tonya is very nice and helpful when you call. Kevin came out and done the estimate. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He told us exactly what we needed to do to where we would never have to worry about having mold in our duct work in the future. The crew came in and tore out every bit of our duct work, and vents. What was heavily covered in mold, they bagged up and carried out. Once everything was cleaned up, they replaced the duct work, added new vents, a new UV light system, and spray foamed the boots and trunk line to keep the moisture at bay. They also cleaned our return air and added new filters. When everything was finished, they ran biocide through our system. They laid some stuff down to protect our floors and they cleaned up behind themselves as they went along. They were also up to answering any questions we had. If anything were to happen to our system in the future, they’re who we will call.
